Welcome to our exchange and return page. We understand that not every purchase is successful, so we offer a comprehensive exchange and return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a refund or exchange them for another product within 30 days of the delivery date.

Goods must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with all tags attached. Please note that the cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will let you know if your return will be accepted or rejected. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks.
